METAL PEOPLE:

When you analyze what metal is in nature, it becomes easy to understand the people with a personality called a metal.

Metal conjures up images of being strict, ridged, constructed, exact in every way.

So METAL people tend to be hard, structured, ridged,exacting, unrelentingly, cold and sometimes unforgiving.

Metals tend to be the great protectors of all that's dear to them. Don't even try to harm their loved ones, either physically or mentally. Think of metal as protectors.(a shield)

Metals will have no gray areas, it's either right or wrong. After all, a square is mathematical and can't be argued with.

METAL people make wonderful employees because they go by the book and they will go overboard to compensate and to please to perfection.

Their space is important and they love to be organized and have it just right .

Metals can have a tendency to be controlling and to be extreme in organization to the detriment of everyone in their lives;

They may display different levels of obsessive- compulsive behavior, depending on how metal they are.

Metals are dependable and can be trusted because their integrity is unquestionable.

Mainly they are perfectionists. If a metal person borrows anything, they will return it in better condition then they received it.

Because we live in an imperfect world, Metals, who are perfectionists, make life really hard for themselves; because They insist on being black or white, never gray. (There is no in-between for them.)

Metals see things RIGHT, so you must be wrong .

Because they are right, or see only their rightness , Metals find it impossible to forgive wrongs and injustices as they judge them to be.

METALS have a love affair with numbers. Mathematics is one of their strengths.

They also love music, art and beautiful, elegant things.

Suffer with grief and sorrow.

They sorrow over what the have missed in life and not being perfect enough.

Have high ideals and expect as much from others.

Have problems handling stress.

Can be very defensive and can take offense easily.

They can become obsessive and compulsive in their behavior, driving themselves and everyone around them crazy.

Metals like to control and mold people to perform better. (Likes discipline)so this makes them excellent teachers and leaders.

Never completely share themselves. (mysterious, with an false front, hiding their real self.)

Protective, they can be distant and aloof.

Firm in their convictions, not a waiver.

Secure within themselves and interact with others easily.

HEALTH PROBLEMS FOR METALS:

Lungs and skin:

Prone to infections, skin problems, itching, soreness.

They feel better after exercise.,p>Love beauty, ceremony, and refinement.

Sensitive to climate changes, experience poor circulation.

Sinus infections, and breathing problems plague them.

Respiratory difficulties with lungs, getting easily irritated. (allergies)

Have numbing of the arms, and pains in the shoulders and back.Lymphatic swellings, soft cysts.

Pone to warts, moles.

SUGGESTIONS:

Metals should refrain from too many dairy products as they will cause excessive mucous and end in allergic reactions.

A useful tool for the sinuses, is the nettie pot of saline water into each nostril, this cleans out the sinuses.

Also, peppermint essential oils are wonderful to clear sinuses, a bit on the end of little finger inserted into a nostril and big inhalation will ease them immediately, or a drop on the tongue helps too.

They need to learn flexibility and how to blend more with the nature and opinions of others.

They need to realize that God creates perfectly, even the stones are irregular on purpose and the grass and the grains of sand are all different but perfect. Their own imperfections are an inside job.
