HYPNOSIS, SOLUTIONS FOR THE BODY & MIND
How the mind thinks, affects the body because every cell responds to a thought. People often become ill or stressed, not usually by a situation or what other people are saying or doing around them...but usually according to their thoughts about what they perceive. Look at the illusion to the left...it is not what it seems. You are in hypnosis a lot of the time !: How come? Everything is energy, your thoughts are energy and they attract whatever you focus your attention on. People are often surprised, when I tell them they are hypnotized many times a day. Yes, when you are watching a movie or a soap opera, or driving a long stretch of road, you are in auto pilot and mostly mesmerized by what is occupying your conscious mind. You may miss your turn off and forget how you got home, or if you are watching TV you can hear the phone or the door or tend to anything on auto pilot, meaning you are often not present and in the moment when you do things... but then you can go right back into a deeper state of hypnosis and resume as you were before, by watching whatever you had your focus on. This may be the reason why you buy that brand of toothpaste or hair shampoo or find yourself desiring what you see advertised on TV. You were hypnotized. You use your power of choice, but you were talked into it, because you wanted it. Why? because you were convinced by a TV add or you saw it in magazine that was very cleverly worded and brilliantly colored picture all meant to dazzle your senses. If you are aware of what is being done to you without your knowledge, you can better decide to be awake and present and in the moment. But then, when you truly wish to release unwanted behavior or make changes in yourself, be a willing participant in your hypnosis session with a trusted hypnotist of course. The only way a hypnosis session wouldn't be affective would be if you were afraid. Fear comes from thinking false information. WHAT HYPNOSIS IS AND WHAT IT ISN'T Hypnosis is not you being: *PUT TO ASLEEP *BEING OUT OF CONTROL *MANIPULATED BY OTHERS. *BEING FORCED INTO DOING SOMETHING AGAINST YOUR BETTER JUDGMENT. HYPNOSIS IS: *A GENTLE RELAXATION THAT IS A MESMERIZING TECHNIQUE. *YOU ARE MORE AWARE OF YOUR ENVIRONMENT THAN OUT OF HYPNOSIS ! *ENGAGES THE MIND AND ALLOWS ENTRANCE INTO THE SUBCONSCIOUS. The Conscious mind is busy analyzing and judging whatever it sees,smells,hears and feels. The Sub-conscious mind is lazy,accepts whatever you say you want. Example: If you truly want to quit smoking, the sub conscious will agree to it. If there is some hesitation, the sub conscious can't be fooled. The same with losing weight. That is why some people are successful and some are not. I think we all need to be more aware of how we are manipulated into making unwise choices. The media is getting very clever...you and I need to be even more clever in our thinking and what of we accept into our mind as it being in our best interest. More to come later.
